OET Letter Marking & Full Corrections - Basic Package - Two Letters

Premium, no-nonsense feedback for healthcare professionals who want results — not guesswork.

You’ve practiced your OET letters. Now you need clear, expert corrections that actually move your score.

I mark your letters line-by-line, against the official OET Writing criteria (competency bands), explain why you earned that mark, and tell you exactly how to improve. If required...or requested...you’ll also get a quick video rundown of the biggest wins + fixes — so nothing gets lost in the markup.

Yes, it may cost a bit more than the “bargain” guys. You’re getting premium, targeted feedback from a Registered Nurse + English teacher who knows what matters on exam day and in clinical practice.

Turnaround Time

The turnaround time depends largely on my current teaching schedule. For two letter corrections - the turnaround for individual letters is approximately 48 hours, but I do try to get them done as quickly as possible.

If you send both letters together, please expect them to be returned within 3 days.

If there is going to be a delay longer than 48 hours, I will let you know via email.

  • Full in-document corrections (grammar, vocabulary, tone, structure, cohesion)

  • Margin comments & explanations so you know the “why,” not just the “what”

  • Assessment against OET Writing criteria using the competency bands

  • Action plan: specific, do-this-next suggestions to lift your band

  • Optional quick video: a concise walkthrough of your top fixes and priorities

  1. Submit your typed letter(s) + case notes (PDF or Word doc) via email. Official OET case notes are preferred as they are carefully curated to ensure the required performance standards.

  2. I mark and annotate directly in your document.

  3. You get your banded assessment, explanations, and improvement suggestions via email.

  4. (Optional) Quick video highlighting your biggest wins and next steps for improvement.

  5. You apply the fixes and watch your writing sharpen.

  • C1-level (or close) healthcare professionals who want precise, exam-ready writing

  • Candidates who’ve already practiced and want high-impact refinement

  • People who appreciate direct, constructive feedback (no sugar-coating, lots of solutions)

  • Total beginners to OET Writing or B1- low B2 writers looking for foundational lessons

  • Anyone wanting long theory lectures — this is a practical, results-driven correction

No, I can not. Due to my teaching schedule, this is often impossible. If you require your letters done quickly, reach out to me first at anthea@healthproenglish.com. Let me know how many letters you need marked and in what time frame and I will be able to let you know the expected time frame.

Yes. Just send me an email at anthea@healthproenglish.com, and I will attempt to answer all your questions. If you ask questions that have already been answered here, I will refer you back to the website.

You should send your letters one by one. This way, you can receive the corrections and then work on the next letter to improve your mistakes.

However, if you want to send your letters all at once, you can do that as well.

Do you rewrite my letter for me?

No. I give model rewrites of key sentences/sections and show you how to fix issues — you’ll learn to produce a better letter yourself (which is what the exam tests).

Do you teach the criteria?

I assume you already know the basics. I’ll assess using the OET competency bands and explain how your writing met or missed them — with actionable steps to improve.

Will I get a video every time?

A quick summary video is included if needed to clarify major points. Some letters don’t require it; many benefit from it. If you want one every time, say the word.

Is this guaranteed to raise my score?

No one can guarantee a score. What I do guarantee is clear, criterion-focused feedback that shows you exactly how to write closer to your target band.
